Log into your account, go to Settings > Legal & Data, and select Download My History. Your full record of deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS, plus all withdrawals and game activity, will be emailed to you as a PDF within 24 hours.

Open a support ticket via live chat or email [email protected] with your transaction ID and the reason for dispute. Our team will review the transaction against our payment partner's records and respond within 48 hours with findings and next steps.

Visit Account Settings > Preferences and uncheck Email Promotions. You'll still receive transactional emails (deposit confirmations, withdrawal receipts, account alerts). To stop all emails, request account dormancy via our Legal & Data form.
